There is a student housing shortage in Bergen and this presented us with the challenge of finding potentially unused spaces for housing. In this particular project we designed a completely new loft apartment on the top of an older blockhouse. This apartment has four bedrooms on the downstairs floor and a communal kitchen and collective room on the upper floor that leads onto a roof garden.
